Over the last ten years
the club has relied heavily on a few members to run its events and sessions.
The time has come for some of these people to start taking a guiding role
rather than the full hands on one.
As a club, we have a large membership and I would like to hope that we could
find sufficient helpers to run our Thursday night sessions. The more that
offer to help in any capacity the easier it will be for all.
Particularly we are looking for people to assist in opening up on a Thursday
night, monitoring and taking the nights fees, supervising groups and helping
to tidy up at the end of the night. Some may be able to do more than one
thing others may want to do a particular job every time.
Thursday Club Nights run from Mid April until Mid September.
Please remember, we are not looking for some one to do everything every
night, but to share the duties around so we can all benefit. DON’T BE SHY,
it’s a good way to get to know other club members
